Feather Double Edge Razor: double edge razor with a screw handle
A double edge razor in the classic shape: metal, a screw handle and a replaceable blade. No cartridges, no mechanism, nothing that can jam halfway through a treatment.
You change the blade by unscrewing the handle. The head opens, you lay the new blade in place and tighten it. That is the whole operation, and it works with wet hands too.
No blades are included, and that is practical: which sharpness you find pleasant differs per barber and per client. The Feather Double Edge blades are the logical first choice, but Sibel razor blades or Derby Premium double blades fit the same holder as well.
Double edge means that both cutting edges are exposed. You tilt the razor in your hand and finish the left and the right jawline without changing your grip.
For a barbershop that offers a classic wet shave, and for finishing the neck and the contours after an ordinary haircut.
Clean and disinfect the holder between two clients. After a client the used blade goes straight into the sharps container and not back into the packaging.
