Medex Re-genesis Oil: nourishing body oil for very dry skin

Re-genesis Oil is an extra strong, nourishing body oil based on almond oil, intended for very dry and more mature skin. You apply the oil after showering or bathing; it absorbs immediately and does not feel greasy.

The sweet almond oil softens and preserves the moisture balance in the skin. It contains palmitoleic acid, which helps reduce dermatitis and eczema and supports the regeneration of the cell. Because the oil is mildly occlusive, it reduces the moisture loss through the skin.

Pro-vitamin A comes from a natural carrot extract of Daucus carota. In the sebaceous glands it is converted into real vitamin A, or retinol, which stimulates the growth of new skin cells and helps prevent excessive keratin formation. The beta-carotene also improves the physiological function of the skin and restores the elasticity.

St John’s wort oil, Hypericum perforatum, is softening and calming and increases the capacity of the skin to recover. Safflower oil penetrates quickly and contains many essential fatty acids, which keep the moisture balance up to standard.

Vitamin E is present as D-alpha-tocopherol, 100% natural and 100% active. This antioxidant protects the lipids of the cell membranes, counteracts signs of skin ageing and has a favourable influence on the moisture balance and the circulation.

Use the oil on skin for which a body lotion is no longer enough. In summer it proves its worth as well, on tanned legs showing dry flakes. The 500 ml bottle is generous enough for cabin use and for resale.
