Eau Softly 120 ml: hydrating lotion after cleansing

Eau Softly 120 ml is the hydrating lotion from the Softly line by Medex. It belongs with Lait Softly: you use it while cleansing the skin, after the cleansing milk.

That order is not a suggestion but the design of the line. The lait loosens, the eau takes away and brings moisture back. Skip the second step and you miss the part that brings the skin back into balance.

The lotion is perfume-free and has moisture-retaining properties. On a skin that reacts to almost everything, leaving out fragrance is the most important thing a manufacturer can do.

The active substance is Anhydroxylitol. It replenishes the moisture reserves in the skin — it is the reason this product is more than just a closing cleansing step.

Medex calls the lotion suitable for all skin types and especially for extra hypersensitive and ageing skin.

This 120 ml bottle is the smallest size and lends itself to sending home with the client. For the treatment room the same lotion comes in 250 ml.

Medex does not publish a full INCI list. Store at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.

Anyone who wants to offer the line in full puts Lait Softly and Eau Softly next to each other on the shelf. They are used one after the other in the treatment, and a client who takes only one of them home misses half the routine.
