Medex Lotion Fragilis: gentle cleansing lotion with geranium

Lotion Fragilis is a gentle cleansing lotion with geranium with which you restore the pH value of the skin at the end of the cleanse. The 250 ml bottle lasts a long time in the cabin and is suitable for all skin types, including delicate, moisture-poor and dry skin.

Geranium gives the lotion its scent and is antibacterial and fungicidal, and it also has a relaxing effect. On sensitive or problematic skin that is more pleasant than a sharp toner.

L-lactic acid is the natural stereoisomer that also occurs in the body and stereo-selectively brings about the production of ceramides. More ceramides in the horny layer means a firmer lipid barrier, so the skin dries out less quickly. Niacinamide, vitamin B3, works along the same line: it stimulates ceramide production, strengthens the barrier in that way and increases the resistance of the skin.

Sodium lactate and vegetable glycerine bind water and hold on to it. Both belong to the Natural Moisturizing Factor, the system that regulates the natural moisture balance in the skin.

Use the lotion at the end of every cleanse or treatment. The slightly acidic pH works together with the hydrating ingredients on the recovery of the protective skin barrier, even on the most problematic skin. Reason enough to hand it out for daily use at home.
