Serum Lumière for hyperpigmentation and blemished skin
Serum Lumière belongs to the Serum Repair Therapy by Medex and targets an uneven skin picture.
Medex names four applications: skin improvement in general, blemished or acne-prone skin, moisture-poor skin, hyperpigmentation, and the care of small scars. The last two are what set this serum apart from the rest of the range.
The active substance is an extract of Fagus Sylvatica, the beech, obtained from the young buds. That is the same raw material as in Serum Phyto Hormones; the two serums are related, then, but Medex gives them a different indication.
You apply a few drops to the skin twice a day, with your usual day and night cream over them.
With hyperpigmentation, patience is the most important advice you can give a client. Medex speaks of a course; do not expect a difference within a week.
The serum also comes in a 50 ml bottle, which can help with a longer course.
For the salon this is the serum that follows on from a treatment aimed at an irregular skin picture. It combines well with a cleansing line for blemished skin.
Store the bottle at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
The bottle holds 20 ml. Medex does not release a full INCI list.
