Gentleman’s Deodorant: skin-friendly spray for daily use

The Gentleman’s deodorant belongs to the Medex for Men line. Medex calls it an effective, powerful and skin-friendly deodorant spray.

The product is suitable for all skin types and intended for daily use. It deodorises the skin and has a pleasant scent.

Use the spray daily on clean, dry armpits. Let it dry before you get dressed. That last point is no detail: on damp skin a deodorant works less well and it can mark clothing.

The action rests on Triethyl Citrate. Through enzyme action that substance lowers the pH and thus inhibits the odour-forming micro-organisms.

The spray also contains Ethylhexylglycerin, which works bactericidally. Together the two tackle the cause of the odour instead of masking it.

Within Medex for Men the deodorant connects to the rest of the daily routine: cleanse with Cleansing Gel, After Shave Balsam, wait five to ten minutes and then the Protective Nourishing Gel.

Medex states no antiperspirant action and also names no aluminium salts. What the manufacturer describes is deodorising the skin, not inhibiting sweat. Mention that in the salon, then your client knows what he is buying.
