Medex L’ange d’or de la Mer: gold caviar cream with a trio of sea algae
A 24-hour care from the Charlotte Sophie Cosmétique line, built around gold, caviar and three sea algae. This gold caviar cream is intended for maturing skin, with extra attention for the eye contour: crow’s feet and dark circles get less of a chance and the skin gains radiance and vitality.
The core of this cream are the Fucoidan molecules from organic, hand-harvested Fucus vesiculosus. They lay themselves over the epidermis like a second skin and work in that way as molecular protection. The Gluconolactone that comes along from that same extraction is a polyhydroxy acid: it retains moisture, helps to repair a damaged barrier and, with longer use, gives thicker skin and fewer wrinkles.
Extract of sturgeon caviar supplies essential amino acids and fatty acids, oligopeptides and trace elements: building blocks for repair at cell level and for collagen and elastin. Gold slows down the breakdown of collagen and supports the barrier function. Algae stem cell extract of Undaria pinnatifida and extract of Alaria esculenta add protection against oxidative stress and UV damage; in its own research the manufacturer measures twenty per cent more elasticity and twenty-five per cent more firmness.
With the jar come two ampoules of Spécialité d’Argireline of 5 ml, with Argireline at ten per cent and Inyline at five per cent. That combination acts both before and behind the synapse of the small muscles that drive expression lines. For Argireline at ten per cent the manufacturer reports thirty per cent wrinkle reduction after thirty days compared with placebo.
In practice: cut off the tip of the ampoule, apply a few drops over the whole face and work the cream on top of it. Underneath the cream the components reinforce each other. Keep the ampoules cool and advise daily use, every morning. Once the ampoules are finished, your client simply carries on with the cream alone.
