Nano-emulsion Vit. C, E and Q10 for damaged skin
The Nano-emulsion Vit. C/E & Q10 is the serum from the Serum Repair Therapy by Medex in which three well-known antioxidants come together: vitamin C, vitamin E and coenzyme Q10.
What makes it special is the form. The active substances are worked into a nano-emulsion, and its building block is lecithin — a natural lipid that according to Medex has a favourable influence on the skin’s lipid barrier.
Medex names a strikingly broad list of complaints: dry skin, wrinkle formation from UV damage, skin damaged by whatever cause, stressed skin, telangiectasia and couperose, and hyperpigmentation.
That list makes this serum the most general repair product in the range. Where Arnyligine targets wrinkles and pro-vitamin A targets dryness, this is the serum for a skin that is damaged for more than one reason.
You use it twice a day: a few drops on the skin, with your usual day and night cream over them.
In the salon, couperose is the complaint clients ask about most often here. Do not promise a result the source does not name, but the indication is stated explicitly.
The bottle holds 20 ml. Medex publishes only the active substances, not a full INCI list.
A nano-emulsion is meant to carry active substances deeper into the horny layer than an ordinary emulsion does. That is why Medex chose this form and not simply a higher concentration.
