Huile Softly 250 ml: massage oil for sensitive skin

Huile Softly 250 ml is the massage oil from the Softly line by Medex. Medex gives one application with it: use in the salon, on extremely sensitive skin types.

Massage oil is a difficult product on sensitive skin. You need slip in order to work, but many oils are perfumed or leave a skin red. This oil is perfume-free and has moisture-retaining properties.

That makes it suitable for a face or body massage on a client you would not normally dare to treat with oil. In a headspa treatment the same goes for the neck and shoulder area.

Medex calls the oil suitable for all skin types and especially for extra hypersensitive and ageing skin.

For this oil Medex publishes no separate active substance, unlike the creams from the same line. A full INCI list is not available either.

The 250 ml bottle is the handy size for beside the treatment chair. If you work with it daily, the same oil comes in a 5000 ml jerrycan.

Store the bottle at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

Dose sparingly and warm the oil briefly in your hands before you start. On sensitive skin, the temperature of what you apply determines the reaction just as much as the product itself.

If you want to finish the treatment with care from the same line, Crème Softly Légère and the Grasse follow on from it — both likewise perfume-free.
