Lotion Humedios: oily skin lotion with natural fruit acids
Excessive sebum production causes congestion, and congestion causes the rest. This oily skin lotion keeps the skin clean and is attuned to the oily and combination skin, also when it has wide pores.
The base consists of two natural alpha hydroxy acids. L-lactic acid is the stereoisomer that also occurs in the human body; it stimulates cell renewal in the epidermis and stereo-selectively provides the biosynthesis of ceramides, which strengthens the lipid barrier. L-tartaric acid, known from old wine, does the same for cell renewal and protects the barrier function with its anti-oxidant properties. Together they keep the pH value in the right balance.
Capryloyl glycine takes care of the sebum, together with undecylenoyl glycine. This duo inhibits the enzyme 5-alpha-reductase, which raises sebum production by way of several steps, and acts bactericidally on Propionibacterium acnes. Two points of attack at once, which explains why this lotion does well with a skin that tends towards acne.
D-panthenol, the dextrorotatory pro-vitamin B5 of pharmaceutical quality, reduces redness and supports the regeneration; with an acne-prone skin it contributes to smaller pores and less sebum. Carrot extract supplies pro-vitamin A, which is converted into retinol in the sebaceous glands and helps to prevent excessive keratin formation.
In the salon you use the lotion in phase 7 of the treatment protocol, after taking off the mask and before the day or night cream. At home morning and evening after the cleansing. The bottle of 250 ml is available with a pump on request.
