a-Hycid Spezialreiniger: the preparation for the fruit acid treatment

The a-Hycid spezialreiniger is a cleansing gel without perfume as preparation for the fruit acid treatment. Medex supplies it in a bottle of 250 ml.

The gel cleanses the skin to be treated of dust and make-up and prepares it for the treatment with a-Hycid Gel 30%. Whatever stays behind on the skin gets in the way of the fruit acids.

Suitable for every skin type on which an a-Hycid peeling is applied. Because the gel contains no perfume, you add nothing beforehand that irritates the skin unnecessarily.

Complete the preparation in a fixed order. First put the hair away with a hairband or headband and cover the clothing near the treatment area with a cloth.

Then cover the eyes with compresses. Protect the lips and irritated spots with petroleum jelly, so that the fruit acid does not get on them later.

Then apply the cleanser and emulsify it with wet fingers until it foams lightly. After that rinse off thoroughly with plenty of water.

Only when the skin is clean and dry do you continue with the fruit acid gel. Careful cleansing beforehand makes the action more even across the whole treatment area, and that saves you time during the treatment itself.
