Equendio Day Cream: protective day cream with a natural UV filter

Equendio Day Cream is a full, nourishing protective day cream for dry and sensitive skin, also for very dry skin types. You apply it in the morning as the last step, before make-up, after cleansing with Lait Ellure, Lotion Fragilis or Aqua Rosa from the Quintenstein line.

What sets it apart is the natural UV filter. Micronized titanium dioxide reflects UV-A and UV-B rays without leaving a white cast. In its own research the manufacturer establishes that 80% of skin ageing caused by external factors is prevented with protection; a reason to recommend this protective day cream to clients who are mainly in the city and indoors as well.

Niacinamide, vitamin B3, prompts the production of ceramides that strengthen the skin barrier through lamellar lipid layers. That hydrates in a natural way and increases the resistance of the skin.

Vitamin F stands for the essential fatty acids linoleic acid and linolenic acid, closely involved in the fat metabolism; a deficiency shows itself as dry skin, eczema and inflammation. Bisabolol from German chamomile calms and inhibits inflammation, and also works against bacteria and fungi such as candida albicans.

Shea butter softens and does well on burnt, red or irritated skin and promotes the removal of waste products. Sodium lactate binds moisture as part of the Natural Moisturizing Factor, and pro-vitamin A brings balance to the sebum production and helps in the formation of epithelial cells.

The cream is enriched with a complex of essential oils, among them basil. Jar of 50 ml.
