Re-indures ampoules: tightening ampoules with Fomes officinalis
In the salon they are known as the bridal ampoules: tightening ampoules with a powerful concentrate whose tightening effect is, according to the manufacturer, immediately perceptible. One box contains six ampoules of 5 ml.
The action comes from the extract of Fomes officinalis, a mushroom from Eastern Europe that used to be known as an elixir of life. The extract is astringent, tissue-firming and moisturising.
That translates into improved tone, more firmness and a reduction in the number of visible pores as well as in their size. This makes these tightening ampoules more widely usable than on tired, slackened skin alone.
On oily skin with excessive sebum production and coarse, open pores the effect works well on the forehead and the middle part of the face, and sometimes on the whole face. Over time a mattifying effect appears, which makes the skin shine less.
Use as a short course: one ampoule once every four to six weeks, spread over a week. Apply a few drops until the skin is saturated, on the face and if desired on the neck and décolleté.
Then finish with the day or night cream that suits the skin type. Because the result is immediately visible, the ampoule is also a logical sale just before a wedding or another occasion.
