Medex Herbs Repair Therapy: sterilized herbs that work into the dermis

Medex Herbs Repair Therapy is composed of various sterilized herbs and is intended for care and skin repair. You use it for skin ageing, a slack or poorly circulated skin, an impure skin with comedones and pimples, scars, coarse pores, hyperkeratosis and a lifeless skin.

Horsetail, Equisetum arvense, strengthens the connective tissue and works in a calming, skin-firming, circulation-promoting and astringent way. The herb contains a high percentage of silicic acid and owes its deep action into the dermis to that.

Lemon balm, Melissa officinalis, is included for its repairing capacity. Every damage to the skin benefits from it, also damage from UV and environmental influences. The plant contains essential oils with a fresh fragrance and is rich in rosmarinic acid, which works antivirally, antibacterially, anti-inflammatorily and antioxidatively.

Peppermint, Mentha piperita, contains that same rosmarinic acid and works strongly synergistically with lemon balm. The silicic acid from horsetail also strengthens the other herbs, so that the combination does more than the separate components.

Besides the direct repair, the treatment prompts the skin to produce essential proteins from amino acids in the dermis, among them collagen and elastin, and to produce hyaluronic acid. As a result the outcome lasts.

The jar of 500 ml is a cabin size and lasts a long time in a full treatment schedule. Since November 2021 a scoop is no longer included as standard: many salons prefer to use their own long spoon to reach the bottom of the jar. If you do want a scoop, please indicate this with your order.
